Why bother with hiding affiliate links ?

People can see your affiliate link and have decided they don’t want you to get a cut. Not very nice I know, but it happens more often than you think.
Even if you use a link cloaker, many people are now aware that all it’s doing is hiding an affilaite link, and will go to the extent of clearing their cookies before going to the destination site.

I got some error when created new keywords for auto post with WP Robot, it stating the next post is in year 1970, like images below and like I guess the there isn’t next content can be posted, even I set it to post every 1 hour.

I thought must be crash with another plugins, wondering which one, because usually I uploaded all my favorite plugins to a new site.

After tested to activate  and deactivate all plugins, I found “Delete Duplicate Content” plugin, in my case I’m using DDC from Cleverplugins , that was make it crash.  Maybe because its ability to plugin  run in the background and automatically delete duplicate posts as they occur. For an autoblog, installing kind a plugin is important because we can’t handle all content posted while we want it set and forget when we using an autoblog plugin.

Well, maybe we must chose other “Delete Duplicate Content” which hold the same posts and waiting us to delete it manually or using “SEO No Duplicate” plugin can be solved this problem, because this plugin can change post page’s canonical to the permalink, so although we have duplicate posts inside our blog, the Search Engine won’t detect it because the canonical are different.

Back to error date on next post, we can’t just refresh it but must delete and reset a new one, be sure to make a note what keyword in what category before you delete it.

• Thumbnail on Excerpts, some themes didn’t have thumbnail codes in excerpts whereas mostly magazine style themes looking better with a thumbnail in homepage. This plugin will add the first image at that post to appear as thumbnail, we can resize to match excerpt height and width without painly coded on templates.
• Get The Image, similar with plugin above, this plugin can grab an image by custom field input, post attachment, or extracting it from the post’s content but if the template have thumbnail code.
• Autothumb, In case the theme really hard to hack for showing thumbnail, I use this plugin which integrates phpThumb into WordPress.
• My Category Order Plugin, help to rearrange category navigation, with drag and drop tabs only, in case we need last added category put in first navigation bar.
• Google Analytics Plugin, although I’m fans of Google Analytics and prefer using Awstat only but sometimes buyer need to see Google stats, so I use Ultimate GA which is more flexible because no need manually add analytics code when we change the theme.
• Twitter Plugins which I usually use is WP-Followme and Tweetmeme for Retweet feature.
• Featured Content Gallery Plugin is the simple and easy thing to add slider featured post/images at homepage.
• Featured Posts at Widgets sometime needed to show specific category which want to show as headline at homepage, I use Featured Post With Thumbnail or Factory-Featured (I must codded this first).
• Tubepress Plugin to showing Youtube video gallery within grids.

Well,  Essential Plugins and those plugins above that’s all my significant mates

Last month, my PC infected by Trojan virus or kind a Trojan, I don’t really sure what it type, I found the files named Secupdat.dat .. gee, like evil .. it harm my PC in many ways, I can’t set “Show Hidden Files” at Folder settings, I can’t run few software that I need for my work, it made my Antivirus and Antimalware disfunction, I can’t boot my PC in safe mode even I can’t search on the internet about it name “Secupdat.dat“, all links with “Secupdat.dat” keyword that  I found at Google ended with “Not Found” error .. like living in hell, I sat above something spy on me, it’s very terrible. X-(

So I tried to search with my other PC about this culprit, I installed few Malwarebytes antimalware, trojan remover, Spybot and antivirus called “PCMAV“, this is the best one to find any suspicious threat at PC, but still it can’t delete or quarantine the virus, it stating the culprit is in use by other program.
Then I installed Prevx software which they said recommended to remove this kind of virus, later on I really regret to installed it on my PC, because while the culprit is still stayed on my PC, it made Prevx hang and didn’t response for long time and days.

Prevx always started every time I open my PC and very annoyed because the scan box always appears and can’t shut it down from everywhere, don’t ask about uninstalled from Control Panel, I did many times even I download the Previx removal tool, but it only work if I login with Safe Mode.
My PC can’t boot with Safe Mode, it always end with blue screen with error messages, even when I tried to forced Safe Mode change Boot.ini through Msconfig System Configuration Utility, it made more problems, my PC can login to Windows at all. So I tried repair it with Booting from Windows CD and temporary rename Boot.ini file from C prompt (thanks to someone who wrote about this).

Later I knew, The Spybot (previously  broken then I download again) made this Secupdat.dat files weak, so I can found it and delete it. Damn good free software I ever know but I’m still unsure if my PC was clean or not.

The second problem still there, Prevx software still annoyed with no response scan progress. But accidentally, my PC suddenly shut down because the electricity in my house and I’m not using UPS to safe, forgot to use it after I remove all hardware to battle with this trouble, then when I turn on the PC, the date and time at my PC got error back to past years, it set to 2008. So all trial software pooped with warning that my trial period was end and I should register ..bla bla ..

yeah, now I know I can make Prevx close and uninstall it easily, set back the time to past month or year, so the error software didn’t work !

Steve McNair was found dead in his Nashville home. He was only 36. His cause of death was a shot to the head. A female was found with him also shot to death. The Associated Press has reported that police were called to a condo where Steve McNair’s was located in

The woman found dead with him was a “friend,” Sahel Kazemi who was a waitress. She was 20. Steve McNair’s friend, Wayne Neeley, found the two. McNair rented the condo from Neeley. Steve McNair had a gunshot wound to the head, and was shot other multiple times. Sahel was shot once, to the head. It is not clear what relationship the two had with each other. An anonymous source at the restaurant that Sahel worked, said that they thought the two had a relationship for six to eight months.

The police do not think that MeChelle McNair is involved.

Media Takeout is reporting a theory that Sahel Kazemi was tired of being strung around by McNair and killed the Quarterback and then herself. A gun was found near her body. If this is the case, hopefully this story will make people think twice about cheating on their spouse, in fear of the outcome and that it’s not right.

There are no suspects at this time but rumors floating around the internet are that it was a murder/suicide and that the dead female was his wife. The rumor is that his wife shot him and then killed herself.
